LCD encapsulation UV LED Spot Curing machine's Advantages:
1 Little thermal radiation: electric power is 3W with the wave peak of 365nm, no infrared light emitted, so no temperature rise and no thermal distortion.
2 Emit high-energy high-purity UV light: using the latest high-energy UV LED of 365nm, the max intensity is up to 10000-20000mW/cm2, making fast UV glue curing and significantly improving production efficiency.
3 Reduce material cost: LED's service life can reach 25000-30000 hours normally, but the traditional mercury arc lamp is only about 2000 hours. No optical light guide, UV LED spot curing system can reduce the material costs and improve equipment utilization.
